Personalized & custom orders

We encourage and love doing custom orders.  All orders are personalized exactly the way you want it.  Please make sure spelling, dates, etc. is correct, as we create only what you provide us at checkout. We do not accept returns for custom orders as we are not able to resell them.

Shipping

All of our items are shipped via USPS, UPS or FedEx.  Once your item leaves our shop you will receive an email with your tracking information.  Please make sure to verify your address at checkout as we are not responsible for incorrect addresses given to us.

Problems with an order

We greatly appreciate your business and will do everything possible to make it right.  If you are unhappy with your purchase for any reason please contact us.  We will do our best to work through it with you!

Cancellations

Orders can only be cancelled within 24 hours of purchase due to the volume of our orders.
